It's very simple, here we explain the steps you must follow to finalise your order with us:
- Add products to the cart: Once you have located the item you want, click on Add to cart. A pop-up window will open in which you will be able to see the summary of your order. If you want to buy more products click on Continue shopping, repeat the operation with the products you want. Once you have all the items added click on View cart.
- Add more than one unit of your product: If you want more than one unit of any of your items this is the opportunity to do it. Click on the -/+ values in the item descriptions to change the quantity of each item you want to buy.
- Add your discount voucher: If you have a discount voucher, enter it under the section Have a promo code? and click apply. If your discount voucher does not apply, check the following article: I have a discount coupon and I want to redeem it. Once applied, click on Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your personal details: If you are a new customer, you will only need to add your name and surname and an email address, to which we will send you a link to activate your account. As you can see, you don't need to enter a password, nor do you have to remember it every time you want to access your customer area, everything is easier with Klast Home!
- Enter your delivery address: Add the delivery address where you want to receive your order. If the shipping address does not match the billing address, click on Add new address. - Select the shipping method: Choose the shipping method that suits you best so that your order can be delivered without any problems and click Continue. At the bottom you will see the estimated delivery date for each of the shipments. If you have any doubts about which shipping method to choose, visit this article: What are the shipping options?
- Choose your payment method: Select from the payment methods we have available to complete your purchase and click on Checkout. You will automatically receive a confirmation email. All orders are automatically accepted except for those paid by bank transfer, in which case we will send you an email with the payment details, we will begin to prepare your order once we have proof of the completion of the payment. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find it there, please write to us using the Check the Status of My Order form.
