We will send your order to the address you provide, so it is important that you make sure your information is correct. Our shipping method is:
Street delivery
This is Klast's standard delivery service. With this service, delivery is made to the customer's front door or building. The carrier is not obliged to deliver inside the home, nor to make an appointment with the customer. The choice of this type of transport implies that the items can be received at different times and depending on their availability, in the event that the order includes more than one item.
Prior to delivery, the customer will receive an e-mail indicating that the order is being delivered. The courier agency reserves the right to deliver your order at a pick up point after repeated absence of the customer at the time of delivery. Delivery at a pick up point does not entail reimbursement of shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: Due to the high volume of orders during sales, Black Friday and other promotions, delivery times may vary. Our customer service will keep you informed at all times about the status of your order, whenever you request it.
We do not deliver on weekends or holidays; in the event that your order indicates an expected date on Saturday or Sunday, delivery will be made on the next business day.
