In case you want to cancel your order, you have two options:
- If the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouses, you can request to Cancel my order in the Check the status of my order section.
- If, on the other hand, the order has already been shipped, we will have to wait for you to receive it at your address, in which case you will have to Request a return within your customer area.
