We will keep you informed at all times! To find out how to do this, please log in to your personal customer area and click on Order History and Details of my orders. Here you will find all the orders you have placed since you created your account and the status of each one.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, click on your order reference to find out the estimated delivery date, leave a message about your order, etc.
- If your order has already been shipped and you want to know when it will be delivered, click on Check the status of my order, enter your email address and check your inbox. We will send you an email from which you will be able to access the shipping panel and see the status of your order. Remember that if you don't find the email in your inbox, you will have to check your 'spam' or 'junk mail folder'.
