Once you have received your order you have 14 calendar days to return all or part of your purchase.
In this case you have to follow the following steps:
- Enter your customer area: https://klasthome.com/eu/my-account
- Go to Order history and details.
- Once there, look for the order you want to open an incident/return and click on the reference number to see it in more detail.
- In the order details look for the button ‘Open incident’ and click on it.
- In the form that appears, select the product you wish to return and indicate the quantity.
It is important to note that you must open an incident for each of the items in your order. - Select the type of incident / return, the reason for it, a brief description of what happened and, if necessary, photos of the product (for example, to show damage or knocks).
Do not forget to attach overall and detailed photographs showing the damage to the product received, as well as photos of the inner and outer packaging and a photo of the label on the box. - This information is very important and is necessary to process your request. The more information and photos you provide will help us to speed up the process.
- Click "Submit" when you have completed all the steps.
Once the process has been completed, we will contact you with a solution within 48/72 hours, within our customer service hours.
Once you have contacted the after-sales department, a carrier will contact you to collect the goods as soon as possible and return them to our warehouse.
Once the product has been checked in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the purchase price, which will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request, provided that the return of the order has been managed by KLAST HOME with its own carriers.
The refund shall be made by the same means of payment used to pay for the order.
In the event that the customer wishes to use their own means of transport for the return (either Seur, GLS, DHL...), the refund will be made as soon as KLAST HOME can confirm receipt of the goods and that they have arrived in good condition and with all their accessories.
Note: Returned items must be in perfect condition, with the packaging in good condition and accompanied by their accessories, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
