KLAST HOME complies with the guarantees required by law in the Consumer Goods Sales Guarantee Act and is obliged to deliver to the consumer goods that comply with the sales contract under the terms established in this law.
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 3 years, except for those products for which another period is indicated due to their special nature.
To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present the invoice or proof of purchase.
The guarantee excludes the characteristics of the product and its nature, as well as the following cases:
- Improper use of the product by the customer after delivery of the goods. Transport of the products after delivery of the goods, accidents, improper use and other damage not due to the normal use of the product by the customer after delivery of the goods are excluded from the guarantee.
- Transport of the product without the original packaging.
- Deterioration caused by chemical products (acids, solvents, dyes, paint, ammonia, lacquers or other hairdressing products...) or treatment of the furniture or decorative objects with cleaning products not indicated for the upholstery, surface or specific material of the guaranteed product.
- Deterioration of the colour due to exposure of the product to the action of the sun's rays or other sources of heat.
- Indirect damage and losses of any kind.
- Burns, cuts, scratches, wrinkles, marks, scratches or other damage caused by animals or by improper use of the product.
- Personal and/or material damage, caused as a consequence of the user's non-compliance with the rules and instructions given for the installation, use and maintenance of the product. If data on the proof of purchase is modified or substituted
- If the product is manipulated or repaired by personnel outside the company and therefore unauthorised.
The commercial guarantees offered by KLAST with respect to its products are conditioned to domestic use. This warranty shall not apply in the event that a different use is evidenced, a professional use linked to a business activity and in any case for use in institutions and public administrations. The warranty for products purchased for the development of a business or professional activity shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Code and the Civil Code.
