Once the goods have been dispatched and within a period of 15 days, the customer will receive by email the invoice detailing the products purchased and with the corresponding VAT or tax broken down.
Don't forget to check your junk mail or spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. ;)
If you have not received the invoice for your order within 15 days, please write to us using the Other quetions form in the Customer Service - Advice section.
